About Nicole Weiner

A Norwegian, born and bred in Switzerland, I have always been passionate about helping people achieving their potential.

I currently live in London and enjoy the cultural mosaic of the city. Prior to becoming a coach, I studied at University College London (UCL). I then worked in professional services for over 20 years, where I built a successful career in sales and marketing, including serving on Executive Committees.

I believe a more diverse and inclusive workforce is transformational to business performance, and leading Women's networks has given me the opportunity to help those seeking to develop a more effective and inclusive leadership style.

Founder Nicole Weiner

Coaching aligns well with my belief that everyone can make a change and achieve their own personal definition of success and fulfilment in their personal and professional lives.

I founded Hikaru Coaching so that I could combine my corporate experience and passion with a professional coaching approach. My dynamic coaching sessions allow my clients a fresh focus by pushing boundaries, thinking outside the box generating new insights and ideas and achieving measurable results.

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, travelling the world exploring new cultures and cuisines, photography, occasional salsa dancing and getting inspired by art exhibitions, contemporary dance performances and live concerts.

I have trained as a professional coach with Coaching Development Ltd, London's leading ICF accredited coaching training programme (ACSTH).  As an ICF member and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) working towards the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
