I founded Hikaru Coaching Ltd so that I could combine my corporate experience and passion of meeting people, and help them to achieve their potential. My aim is to help my clients focus on what really matters, overcome barriers and build practical personal strategies to achieve their goals, using a professional coaching framework.

My background in business development and marketing, in a consulting and professional trustee environment and leadership roles, have given me the corporate knowledge and insight into the world that my clients operate in.
